About
Mom's Minivan
Mom'sMinivan.com
is created, owned and maintained by me - Laurel Smith.
The
topic of what to do with your children in the car has come up again and
again in my many years of participating in online parenting support groups
and discussions. Parents were often desperate for ideas, and other moms
had plenty of advice to share, but there was never one good all-inclusive
resource on the topic. For years I enjoyed website creation for my personal
family website, so I decided to create this website as a resource for moms
everywhere.
I travel
with my children often and have many fond memories of family car vacations
as a child, so family fun on the road was a topic I could really pour my
heart into. The ideas and activities you'll find here are from my own experiences,
or have been sent in by my readers, who have shared their own experiences
with their children.

Reviews:
I receive
many requests to review new products, books and travel guides. I
have a limited amount of time and space for this type of thing. Please
do not send me unsolicited materials without first asking so that we don't
waste time and resources. If I think it would be useful to other parents,
then I "might" mention it in my blog or on my website, but please understand
it is not a guarantee that I will give a review, or mention it at all for
that matter.

Please note: I'm a busy mom
with three kids! I am often away from email and unable to check it
regularly. Also, please understand that I recieve a lot of email, so I
may not be able to respond to every inquiry.
